Garda Eoin Fitzgerald, 25, from Bray, Co Wicklow, died when his patrol car crashed into another vehicle in Mount Merrion, Dublin, on January 26, 1998. Gda Fitzgerald, the son of Deputy Garda Commissioner Peter Fitzgerald, was responding to an emergency call.
